SlataDoc is a trading name of Genii Systems Ltd (“Genii Systems”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in Georgia.   2. Service Description: SlataDoc is a translation management tool that streamlines the process of translating legal documents. We store sensitive client information and after removing identifying information to render the data anonymous, we use that data to train a legal translation AI. By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to this data usage.
  3. User Accounts: To access our Services, you will need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

The arbitration shall take place in Tbilisi, Georgia, and shall be conducted in the English language. Each party shall bear its own costs of the arbitration, including attorneys' fees. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and judgment may be entered thereon in any court of competent jurisdiction.
