Welcome to SlataDoc, a Software as a Service (SAAS) company that provides translation management tools for legal documents. SlataDoc is a trading name of Genii Systems Ltd (“Genii Systems”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in Georgia. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our Services, including our website, software, and other related services (collectively, the “Services”).   2. Service Description: SlataDoc is a translation management tool that streamlines the process of translating legal documents. We store sensitive client information and after removing identifying information to render the data anonymous, we use that data to train a legal translation AI. By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to this data usage.
  3. User Accounts: To access our Services, you will need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
  4. Payment: You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our Services. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, but we will provide notice of any fee changes.
  5. Intellectual Property: Our Services, including our website, software, and other related services, are protected by intellectual property laws.   10. Governing law and dispute resolution: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country of Georgia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The arbitration shall take place in Tbilisi, Georgia, and shall be conducted in the English language. Each party shall bear its own costs of the arbitration, including attorneys' fees. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and judgment may be entered thereon in any court of competent jurisdiction.
